BHIM is a UPI mode of transfer of funds. Each bank have its own BHIM app and some popuar BHIM apps are independent like google pay etc. Some banks offers UPI transfer through internet banking like PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK net banking. If your bank's net banking offer UPI through net banking you can operate it through your laptop. You can also operate google pay through your laptop. Yes debit card is required for registration.
