It happens with both NVDA and Jaws 17 on my home desktop. It has windows 7.
But it works fine on my laptop with almost the same OS and screen-readers.
Maybe google chrome does not support all sorts of hardware. My experience
shows that it does not work well on old machines. It's just an idea.
