Hi All,

I see the tole free number for differently abled in Tamilnadu being
highlighted. However I am sorry to say that in actual ground reality
it has not been as effective as they claimed. Visually challenged
persons selling items in trains are jobless at the moment and several
of them actually trying to reach that number, but of no use. their
claim of delivering esential items at the door steps of elderly and
differently abled may be true in some pockets of cities in Tamilnadu,
but it's certainly not the case in rural parts of the state. Overall
that tole free number has been a joke and personally I know several
individuals who got tired of calling that number and started
approaching other organizations and individuals for help even for
their day today survival.
