Recently I purchased LG AC. Some of its models now have wifi capability, it works with their ThinQ app. When configured it can be controlled with reasonably accessible mobile app or with Amazon Alexa by voice.
Probably few other brands are selling alexa/google home compatible ACs also although I could not find much info about it. With some trial and error any AC can work with the Alexa or Google Home compatible universal IR remote control devices. When setup is done then any AC can be controlled by voice. However, compatibility across brands/models is not assured.
