One opinion, Narrator works best for me on windows10 login screen, at least better than Jaws and even NVDA. You can once turn it on by pressing windows + control + enter, should load automatically from the next time. From my experience, it loads as soon as windows login screen appears which is definitely faster than Jaws and even NVDA most of the times.
