Hello, i would suggest go with HP or Lenovo. if you are a not heavy user, then, no need to go with I7. if you want to use just for note taking and browsing then I5 10 gen or I3 10 gen is better. I7 is very costly. according to me, 8gig RAM and 256 GB SSD is the best option for basic users. windows 10 64 bit is the only option write now available. you can install 32 bit also. but, 32 bit is not recommended. mostly laptops come with inbuild windows 10 home addition.
