Hi I hope you have installed the app with the same number you have filled in the online form. I did get a call from them and afterconfirming my registration details, They did tell me the time when delivery slots would open. In the meantime I had already added to cart the items I required and also put enough money in the Bigbasket wallet. However, when I tried to grab a delivery slot, it was gone. Later on the Bigbasket representative called me again I informed that I could not get any delivery slot. She did the needful and made a slot available from her end. I shall get my delivery today noon. If it was not for the priority effort, I would again fail yesterday. The system works for sure for us. Harish.
