Visually Impaired Bank Employees Welfare Association (VIBEWA) is happy to announce its first webinar on May 3, 2020, Sunday from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm on Zoom. All visually impaired (blind and low vision) bank employees are welcomed to participate. This enables VI bankers to create their own profile on VIBEWA’s web site by filling out a self-explanatory form which captures all facets of employment like ensuring productivity by provision of assistive technology and accessibility, transfers and promotions, and welfare issues like special conveyance allowance and special casual leave. The webinar focuses on visually impaired succeeding in banking career by improving productivity making optimum use of one’s capability. It also discusses about the legal rights for VI bankers with regard to banking career like protection from undue transfers and seeking promotions. What can participants expect to gain?
