Hi, Probably this post will go off the topic but let me put it here. Following is some information about UPI:
Unified Payments Interface (UPI) has been developed by The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and regulated by Reserve Bank of India (RBI). It was launched by NPCI on 11th April, 2016 by ex-RBI governor Shri Raghuram Rajan. It is available as an API (in easy terms a ready to use service provided and managed by a third party), it is developed and maintained by a govt. agency and under the regulation of RBI, we can raise a ticket with them.
