Given your budget, there are very few choices. However, check Nokia 2.3
or Nokia 4.2 or else, see if you can increase your budget a bit further.
You may not get a good processor and decent memory phone in this price
point.
Would love to hear other suggestions as I have not explored many
smartphones in this budget segment.
