I have had problems with the ICICI bank mobile app since November 2019. I have been taking the issue up with them. Initially they had said that the problem would be resolved when they made their next upgrade. Now the next upgrade has happened but no change as far as access is concerned. Want to know if there are anyone else in the group who bank with ICICI. If yes, what has been the experience with the mobile app on the iPhone.
