First part of the program will be cultural events, which begins at 4:30 P.M. where participants can enjoy listening to songs, mimicry, poems, drama and many other unique skills in various languages. we are very much glad to bring another exciting news to all our friends that IS, on THE very day (DPWD) team is , launching their website which consists of many unique features and ideas.
