There are 6 voices to choose from in English India voice pack.
1.. Switch to Google TTS in TTS Settings and open Settings for Google TTS.
2.. Tap on Install Voice Data in Google TTS Options screen to open a list
of supported languages.
3.. Tap English India in the list to open details for the English India
language
4.. Choose from the list of available voices by tapping the radio button
next to it. You can also play a sample of the voices in this screen.
If you want a voice other than English India then choose the desired language
option and download its voice pack.

There was a discussion regarding Google TTS not announcing Emojis which
mates found to be limiting use of Emojis in chats and other content. Today
morning, in an attempt to make it work, I found that the English United Kingdom
voices speak Emojis correctly while the others like English India, English US
and English Australia do not speak emojis.
So if you wish to make use of emojis then English UK can be selected as
the Google TTS voice for English. However, the voice doesn't sound as natural
as English US to me.
