On the directives of Central Vigilance Commission, IRCTC observed
Vigilance Awareness Week- 2020 from 27th October to 2nd November,
2020. As a pro-active measure, the Central Vigilance Commission has
directed to reach out to the citizens seeking their suggestions on
system improvements in the Central Government Organisations either by
mailing at coord1-...@nic.in or dialling 011-24651632. Apart from
this, the users can also suggest system improvements in the working of
IRCTC by mailing at sisuggest...@irctc.com.
These suggestions can be sent from 4.11.2020 to 14.11.2020.
