Hi, I have last used Windows 7 almost 5 years ago but have some quick idea on how this can be done:
1. Safe mode is generally triggered after forced restarts to diagnose for potential issues. Sometimes a clean restart gets you out of it. 2. If that does not work search for *misconfig* in the Start menu and open it. 3. You might see the radio button selected against 'diagnostic startup' in settings, select 'normal startup' instead. 4. You might also see a checkbox 'Safe boot' or something, make sure it is unchecked. 5. It could be due to some other reasons at times and you might need an expert check, hope it is not the case. I hope your screen reader is working fine in the infamous safe mode. Hope it helps!
