Thanks Nirmal Verma ji for going through the post meticulously.

You are right.The eligibility criteria for admission to Diploma in Sign
Language course  does not say that a person has to be hearing impaired. In
fact it says that "hearing" has to be in the "normal range".

But what we have pointed out in the petition, if you could take the pain to
go through it once again, is with regard to Diploma in Teaching Indian Sign
Language. And this course, you will agree, is entirely different. And here
the eligibility says:

"Eligibility for Admission and Admission Procedure
A candidate should have:
1) Certificate of Disability (Deaf)
2) Passed class 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent with minimum 45%
marks
3) Proficient receptive and productive skills in ISL".

Batao yaar, abhi tho petition banta hai ki nahi. Chalega ke Nahi
