The answer is “sort of”. 

 

1.      If you use Microsoft teams, then ask the presenter to upload his 
presentation to teams. You will be able to read it.
2.      Barring the above, you will have to use OCR. This is hit or miss. I 
have tried with NVDA’s OCR feature which works sometimes. Alternatively, point 
your phone at the screen with your favourite recognition app.
