To repair IE7, carry out the following steps

1 open IE7
2 on tools menu arrow down to internet options and press enter on it.
3 use control tab to go to the advance page.
4 Press space bar on the button that says 'reset... button'
5 Wait for the system to complete the requested task and hit enter on close 
button.
6 Restart IE7
This will repair IE7
