Use firefox and NVDA for HDFC bank. I tried the site with google chrome and NVDA and can duplicate the non-reading of combo boxes. The answer is to exit forms mode upon each press of the arrow keys and to then up arrow to read the current selection and then to return to the combo box and repeat the above procedure.
