Covid-19 – what an excuse! The Khel Ratna Awards were conferred- online. Will the Padma Awards too, will be postponed? The Covid-19 pandemic is not lightly to abate by the Republic Day. The disabled decorated with adjectives like Divyangjan etc., probably are very far behind in the Agenda of the Government! The fate of the RPWD Act, is a testimony to this fact However, let us celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, all the same!!! -- Disclaimer: 1.
