Hi all This is Satender singh the new member of this service. I am the student of class 11th and really feeling well after getting many solvations of many problems. here I would like to put a question to get your views on that right now, My question is: can a blind person get the ATM card from a bank or this service is not avilable for a visually impaired? actually I have an acount in OBC bank and my bank manager denied to issue me the ATm card of OBC bank. He also forbade to issue me the checkbbbbook .now if you could tell me why a blind person may not have this kind of fascilities
