Just to operate different Windows functions it is OK. Little unstable with browsers, especially Chrome, often it hangs on Chrome and crashes it.
It uses UIA protocol, whereas NVDA and JAWS use MSAA. And most of the desktop applications use more or less MSAA for now, thus Narrator will not work well with many of them. Like one cannot use a coding environment well with Narrator as most of them use MSAA.
