Dear access indians out there, I have heard about the concession that a blind can avail when applying to the landline phone line. since the era of landline has long passed, I want to inquire if there are any similar facilities or concessions that I can avail while applying to broadband. I live in an area where there is no network reach ability of any kind and I have to take the online classes for my students. so, thinking to get a broadband and wanted to inquire about any facility.
