Hi I recently purchase Samsung galaxy F12 from Samsung shop app for rs. 10645. The memory is 4gb and 128 gb although the combination is not good but it works fine with talkbacl till now. I was using Samsung galaxy m30s for the last 1 and a half years. The phone is still in good condition but the speaker volume get reduce. Ultimately I have to give it to my son for his online classes. I think these days these companies has this kind of strategy to drain money from consumers pocket. I had face same issue with nokia 6 also.
