Deepstambh Foundation’s "Manobal” PRESENTS *Digital literacy certification course in Computer Applications and assistive technology: An online course for persons with disabilities from all over India. This course will take place from 16th August 2021. • Duration of the Program: 6th months, but can be extended till 9 months if required. • Everyday 2 hours. (Holiday for Sunday) • Mode of sessions: Virtual Mode via Zoom platform. Course objectives: To make our disabled technology users independent, so they can do their own tasks without anyone’s help. To solve there studies related issues. Solving there employment problems by providing very effective and employable training to all the persons with disabilities. • Eligibility criteria 1. Persons with disability between the age bracket of 15 to 40 years. 2. candidates from class 10th onwards and above. 3. Only candidates with visual impairment and orthopedic disabilities can apply. 4. Candidate must be able to understand basic English and Hindi along with the state languages, since all the sessions would be conducted in English, Hindi, and Marathi mediums. 5. the Candidate must have the laptop/desktop with good internet connectivity. 6. Candidate must possess at least basic keyboard orientation. Important note: A basic telephonic interview will be conducted for cross-checking above mentioned requirements. However, 75 percent attendance is must and required for the certification of the program. • features of the programs: • In hand experience training in Computer Training including Basic operations, MS Office applications (basic to advanced level), assistive devices/technologies, windows utility apps. • Opportunity to meet various disabled/non-disabled individuals who are working for persons with disabilities from different government/corporate sectors
