Attached please find reply given to a question asked by CPI(M) MPs Elemaram Kareem & Dr. Sivadasan in the Rajya Sabha on the cases pending in various courts challenging the anomalies in railway recruitments notifications of 2018 & 2019. One of these cases has been filed by the NPRD - WP (Civil) No. 5208/2019 filed in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
