I am writing this mail on behalf of a person with vision impairment called Mahammad Jilani from Jharkhand. He pursued his formal education, from 5th standard to 10th standard in a private school, where he was supposed to pay fee rs500 per month. In a year he paid rs6000. So far he has paid his fees of 3 years i.e. rs18000. Now he is unable to pay his remaining fee of another 3 years, i.e. rs18000. However he was permitted to attend 10th exam, but he is denied to get his certificate from the school as he hasn't paid his fee of 3 years. So he is seeking financial support, which can help him get his 10th result and pursue higher education. -- Disclaimer: 1.
