There are several watches available running google wear OS presently, but few of them are outdated in terms of processor and features. At this stage you should go for latest android watches. You may consider to buy Samsung Galaxy Watch4 which is running on wear OS 3, and it is completely accessible watch with latest features. Another decent option is Ticwatch 3 pro ultra, which is also coming with android operation system, but running 2.3 Wear OS not 3. I have recently purchased Samsung Galaxy watch4 classic 46mm model. I found it completely accessible with talkback and able to be paired with non samsung phone.
