No online classes This training program will prepare candidates for jobs in the Customer Service, BPO and IT enabled services industry. Candidates will be provided required training to use computers and domain specific applications. In addition, experts will work on communication and soft skills of the candidates and provide practical training on the processes common to the jobs in these industries. This is a full-time course focussed on placing candidates in suitable jobs. Only those visually impaired persons should attend this course who are willing to take up jobs in the Customer Service/BPO/ITES industry. Successful completion of the course does not guarantee job placement. However best efforts will be made to provide job opportunities to all successful candidates. Training Duration: 4 months including on the job training, Telephonic interview and tests will be conducted for selection.
