If the person is blind, can he/she join in NSS; (National Service Scheme)? Most colleges and Universities offers NSS as part of their curriculum, I think, NCC will not be applicable to Visually impaired persons, But we can contribute to the NSS, Do let me know, if visually impaired person can participate or not.
