Hello everyone, Today I got the chance to use the ATM of PNB.
Experience was not good at all. Basically it was a touch screen machine. And there was no screen reader at all. Secondly which I want to highlight is transaction time out. Which is not problematic only for people with disabilities. It is also problematic for older people or those who cannot use this technology very efficiently. -- Disclaimer: 1.
