If you are only looking for Windows 11 then no hurry I’d say. You can consider to upgrade your PC if your hardware is getting outdated.
With the latest version of Jaws I have not found any accessibility glitch. If you aske me they have redesigned desktop area and it does not make any difference from the screen readers perspective. If you are familiarized with windows 10 you do not find much difference apart from some additional features and new look.
