Hi, I am actually quite surprised that no one else has suggested doing this. Last I used anydesk, all I needed to do was to OCR the screen using nvda and I was able to access the code just fine. you need to be using NVDA, windows 10 for this to work, though. also insure your screen shade is disabled before you use the OCR. So give that a go, and you could do the same with teamviewer ( don't install it but run it instead when the setup asks you to) run the OCR on the teamviewer screen when it first pops up, arrow down and read out your user ID and password to the person helping you. you can also take sighted help to read out the code by using an app like be my eyes and similar.
