I use a gas stove without any issue. For Microwave/ induction, you can look at any model which has buttons instead of touch screen, touch screen unnecessarily makes it complicated for a blind person. I am eagerly waiting for a smart (wi-fi connected) microwave to be launched in India which can be the ultimate solution.
