Hello, 1. Fire OS wins hands down if you talk about screen reader accessibility. 2. Yes, the cast works as expected with mobile, should work fine with laptop as well although never tried 3. Haven't got a chance to use any Oneplus TV. 4. TVs from AmazonBasics have a DTH integration where you can control the set-top-box through the TV remote itself but I don't know if it announces the channel number.
