Hi all, I do not know when has it become an accessible. I’ve been using it for past six months and found it to be inaccessible. As discussed in the threat, to the extent of paying bills is accessible. But, to check offers and a specially to generate and download monthly bills, it is very inaccessible.
On contacting customer care for e bills, they will be sending an email with the password protected PDF document. Which has to be converted to non-protected document every month to upload it to any portal for reimbursement This becomes hassle but, I don’t think writing to Airtel will work in any way. But yes, if someone takes an initiation I would definitely provide my feedback as well in this regard.
