Pardon my delayed response.
As blind passenger and frequent flier for my consulting assignment; I
flew into Delhi from Kolkata two days ago and flying back to Kolkata
in the tomorrow. I always had a great experience and certainly a
positive experience.
There was one instant where I took help of sighted colleague to book
flight for Delhi to Kolkata. Instead of 6pm he wrongly heard 6:00AM
and I reached the airport I discovered that my booking was not there.
I paid for evening flight ticket. Indigo official noted and was very
generous to refund me that money later on.
I am not aware of what happened on the ground and based on media
coverage; I certainly think that this is not at all Indigo experience.
Perhaps in my opinion; true facts have not come out in open or may be
case of insensitivity.
thanks and regards
Asif
