Hi ma'am
I think It would be excelent if they could also teach serving the food in 
addition to table manerse and cutlery usage. Rs.1200 per head is I think bit 
expensive for a one-day session, especially for a student. Rs. 600 - 700 /- 
per head would make a reasonable training fee. Pardon me if I am asking for 
too much
