There is a new beta version of the WhatsApp desktop app is available on the ms
store which is fully accessible with the screen readers including jaws and non
visual desktop access.

once clicking the above link, click on the Get in Store app button and follow
the on screen instructions.
Note: before installing the beta whatsapp, uninstall the previous version of
