Over the last 8 years I have tested all the canes and I find smart cane by saksham to be most reliable. The problem with all these canes are that you don't get proper training, and if there are issues with the canes you dont know where to go and whom to approach. Most of the Indian customers of smart cane have got it in ADIP scheme. They cant afford to send it via courier to company. Forget about TorchIt. It doesn't work at all. extremly poor in ergonomics and reliability. Those organisations who are distributing it in CSR have no idea what they are doing to the community. cheap copycats of smartcane are coming into the markets and nobody is stopping them.
I recommend samrt cane but with a caveat, be ready to courier it to company and spend lots of money if it has complains. regards Nirmal On Fri, 29 Jul 2022 at 00:04, Aziz Minat <azizminat...@gmail.com> wrote: > Hey people, > > Hope this message finds you in good health.
