Hi Though it has been a long time, in June 2016 I did travel with Vistara, I was with my family so, I had no problem but the assistance was nil when I had spoken and that time with their customer service they actually offered me red carpet provision if I pay them Rs.900 extra. It was then I don’t know what is the status now I did try to tell them my physical situation but there was no helping year to that so I actually gave up did not feel like bothering with them as I was travelling with my family
