Dear Anilji,
The ADHAAR website is accessible with JAWS. I have recently changed my
address on my ADHAAR card through the website.
The only accessibility problem is a captcha on the login page for which
we need sighted assistance.
Also, your mobile needs to be linked to ADHAAR to receive the OTP to
login. If your mobile is not linked to ADHAAR, then you will need to
visit an ADHAAR centre to change the address.
