Hello Kanchan, I also face same problem week before when I wrote entrance 
exam for PGD in HR conducted by IGNU. It was solved after negotiation with 
regional director for IGNU Bangalore. his argument is he has not received 
any communication from Delhi IGNO. Scribe background, class and percentage 
were also questioned even though she is from computer background.
