Dear List, Is online service for R T I accessible?
Yesterday, I was filing an R T I for one of my friends. Firstly, there are to combo boxes. First one to select ministries and the other for choosing departments establishments etc. The second one does not respond while I try Alt+ Downarrow command. Secondly, there is captcha issue. I tried audio option but as I submit the information, it says, the same window opens again with all the information that I have filled. No errors shown. Please suggest a solution. -- Disclaimer: 1.
