hi ravi paul, Did the problem start recently or was it always there from the start. At this point there could be two reasons 1. If the problem was from the start then resetting the jumper settings on the sound card would solve the issue. 2. If it was a recent occuring then the speakers has a problem with the volume control IE the resistance coil inside the unit has to be replaced
