We will take sincere efforts to role it out. The last convention took place in 2014. Since then there have been significant developments touching all of us. Significantly we now have the Rights of persons with disability law. We also now have the much needed standards on ICT products in place. Therefore, we are now in the phase of consolidation. We also experienced Covid and the pains with it. On a brighter front machine learning and artificial intelligence is now poised to reduce the ill effects of disability and stepping to the new everything smart.
