Few students from Microsoft research team are running Accessible e-Newspaper project. They also have Telegram bot.
Here are the steps to access: Additionally you can also receive their E paper through PDF format Send Email to: t-peyamo...@microsoft.com with the subject as "Interested in accessible e-paper". First-time usage: 1. Search for "SpiceInLensBot" in Telegram app. 2. Click on "SpiceInLensBot". 3. First time you will be prompted to click on "START" button. Daily usage: 1. Type "hi" or "hello". 2. You will receive the following message: " Please choose what you would like to read. 1. English Newspaper - The Hindu 2. Hindi Newspaper" 3. Select 1. 4. You will receive the following message: " The Hindu Please choose a section Karnataka South Editorial " 5. Choose the section you want to read. 6. You will receive headlines. 7. Type the headline number you want to read. 8. You will receive the article as message and the following navigation options: " Back to headlines Back to Sections Back to main menu (Back to newspaper section)" 9.
