Hi Minar, 10 IA is different from the disability certificate & is mandatorily asked by various organisations at the time of tax document collection.
Please have this form made & submit it as & when required. We also have to submit it to the 3rd party tax processing sites such as cleartax & others while filling up our taxes through them.
