Hi Mamta, 1. Most of these glasses have a camera and display things to you on the lense of the glasses. 2. Some like google glasses and those from vuzix also have speakers. 3. How much they help depend on what your eye condition is. 4. Some glasses such as those from e-site help you use functional vision. 5. Other glasses such as the envision glasses do what you can do with your phone except in a better form factor. That does make a difference when cooking, moving around etc.
