Complete address with pin code or postal code. 3. Date of birth. 4. E-mail ID 5. Mobile number 6. Attach a scanned copy of your Medical certificate indicating your disability. The membership process will take up to 3 working days to be processed. You shall receive a e-mail in your registered mail ID when the membership is done.
